Yesterday for science we learnt about the big bang theory. The big bang theory is the early development of the creation of space and a lot more. Here are 5 facts that I know now about the big bang:

Did you know that there was a space telescope named after Edwin Hubble?

Did you know that the sun will stop expanding and stop getting more hot?

Did you know that the universe began 13.8 Billion years ago? The Big Bang happened.

Did you know that the person that figured out about the Big Bang was Georges Lemaître?

Finally, did you know two elements called hydrogen and helium were the most abundant and first to form in the moments after the Big Bang?

This week was pretty fun because on Tuesday we went to mama-mia and it was fun because we got to watch them perform live while they were singing but we went back and we got to play passions and I joined football.

on Wednesday at the end of the day we got to play football for PE and I was goalkeeper and it was draw 1-1 and we went into penalties out of 6 I was keeper and I saved 2 shots it was Bentleys shot and joshs shot in the penalties but after that we won in the penalties 3-2

My week at school was kind of fun but also not at the same time. On Monday we were inside like all the day because of the rain but with the inside break it was kind of boring because we didn’t get to play anything. We had one outside break  and we had a passion project after that break. The passion project was fun. 

On Tuesday we done inquiry and i focused on my banner about Netherlands, it says “ Netherlands till I die with van Dijk on the side and De Ligt on the other side”. I finished my grid and my stickers the stickers i made it Liverpool because i like Liverpool 

On Thursday we had tech and I’m in Mechatronics and we made a dancing robot and it was really boring because we had to clean it up right after we made it with lego and we made it dance for 15 seconds. But it was fun while it lasted.

Today on Friday our winter sport is canceled but we have dodgeball later today. It is going to be really fun because I sometimes get people with a throw from far. One thing I need to work on is throwing harder with more accuracy but I’m alright with everything I have right now.

I show RISE values because I go down in dodge ball if someone hits me and I am in the right place at the right time. I show resilience because whenever I’m down I always at least try to get who got me one time when I get up but I show empathy because I feel bad when people get hurt in anything that we play and finally I show success when I get Mr. Redmond down in dodgeball.

today in maths we had to do a test about division and I think I done really well because I got 97 correct in 3:42 seconds but some of the questions were repetitive and kind of easy the 9 times tables put me off alot

today we done a test on times tables and I think I done really well the max score you could get was 100/100 and in my test I got 100/100 in 4:52 seconds in a 10 minute timer. some of the questions were duplicates of the same numbers but it was pretty easy. the hardest question was for me the 9 x 8 and 9 x 7 but I done it pretty easier with the duplicates.

This week was pretty fun but my favourite part was definitely tech where we made waffles with chocolate chips. It was really frustrating because I did not know how to tell when it is finished. The most fun was eating the waffles because they tasted so good. My second favourite was the icy slicey’s because it tasted really good. the most frustrating thing was the line dancing on assembly because I didn’t really understand how to do the dance and it was embarrassing because we done it in front of the whole school. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday we played football and it is so fun because we get to play at a big grassy field.

I showed success by completing the waffles I showed integrity by not lying about the football game scores. I felt empathy because I saw that Tyler’s tech building and I was sitting next to him feeling bad for him.

today in maths we gathered data and use Google sheets to make a column graph. Our topic was preferred drinks and our variable was gender.

the features of my graph are the key and the bars the labels and the number line.

from the graph I noticed that juice was picked by the most people.

This week my favourite moments was on Thursday at tech I got to make fruit salad and then I got to sit on the bus next to my friend Kobe.

I surprised myself when I was controlling the spheros really well.

dodge ball was really fun but the year 8 were teaming a lot but I found it fun except when a year 8 thrown a ball at my face and it really hurt me but i was alright after.

This week in year 7 I have been learning everyone’s names and I have made more friends. I have learnt what we need to do and the expectations of what we have to write and learn. 

The thing that is getting me afraid is that the camp walk is more than 9 kilometres. I am starting to get used to being a year seven but sometimes I feel like I am still a year 6. I am excited about swimming that is coming up soon. I have signed up for surfing classes because I want to learn how to surf. There is maths that is coming up and I am really excited about it because I love maths. I hope to have a challenge for touch because I really like it when it’s challenging for touch. I think I will like tech because my brother did tech and it looked really cool and fun.
